Within these passions she has built a strong knowledge base and been able to cultivate her strengths in coaching, leadership, team building and organization.

Sue is passionate about using her experience in the design and construction industry, her study and work in coaching and leadership development and 20+ years as a successful business owner, to support others in the discovery of their true selves. This discovery will build confidence, develop leadership skills, help achieve their goals, strengthen relationships, and enhance personal and professional growth.
Background
Sue Stock began her career in the architectural world, with a degree in Architecture from the University of MN and worked five years in architecture. Sue shifted to the construction side to expand her knowledge and experience in the industry, working eleven years with a large commercial contractor, as a Project Manager. In 1997 Sue founded COS, Inc to offer support to owners throughout the design and construction process, focusing on healthcare, Sue has a CHC certification (Certified Healthcare Constructor).
Since 2010 Sue has expanded her studies to include Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory (Core Integral – Boulder, CO), Executive Coaching (Graduate program at University of St Thomas- Minneapolis, MN.) and Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coaching (BEabove Leadership). She is an ACC – ICF Certified Coach, a certified Neuro-Transformational Coach as well as being certified in EQ-i2.0 and EQ 360 (thru MHS) and SHIFT+360.

In 2008 Sue founded the Hard Hat Ladies networking group for Minneapolis women design and construction professionals. Sue believes networking for relationships, not projects, leads to a fulfilling and successful career. HHL has grown to over 200 women providing opportunities for support among peers and mentoring for younger women in our industry.
