Sue founded Construction Outsource Services, Inc. in 1997, to assist owners through the design, construction and move in process. Leveraging her education and experience in both architecture and construction she brings a unique perspective. COS focuses on large complex healthcare projects, recognizing the importance of strong leadership to establish a clear project vision, co-create a collaborative culture and to align the team on trust, authenticity and good communication.

Sue co-created IRT (Imagine, Realize, Transform) in 2010, as a facilitated work-group approach to shifting the conversation in the design and construction industry to a more integrated process. IRT facilitated conversation between project delivery partners, which took the experience to a deeper level. Participants exercise creative thinking, practice effective communication, share perspectives and create better understanding of how to work together toward consistent success on projects.
