IBM spoke with more than 1,700 CEOs and senior public sector leaders from around the globe as a part of their 2012 Global CEO study. One of the 2012 key findings is:
CEOs have a new strategy in the unending war for talent. They are creating more open and collaborative cultures — encouraging employees to connect, learn from each other and thrive in a world of rapid change. Collaboration is the number-one trait CEOs are seeking in their employees, with 75 percent of CEOs calling it critical.
We believe collaboration is an important skill and that spending time developing collaborative work teams is a key component of project success. Nice to know lots of other people think the same thing.
